亲爱的老师们：

见字如晤。这个不平凡的春天，上海疫情防控正经历着严峻的考验。连日来，我们华二紫竹学院的全体教职员工积极配合政府和学校的防疫安排，不畏艰辛，勇克难关，牢牢坚守教学岗位。从精彩的在线课堂到耐心的作业批改，从安抚学生的焦虑到解答家长的不安，无不体现着我们全体老师们的责任与担当。线上教学已平稳顺利运行三周，让按下“慢行键”的校园依旧保持着停课不停学的“加速度”。大家爱岗敬业的精神，认真负责的态度，不仅践行着上海追求卓越的城市精神，更彰显了教师“学为人师，行为世范”的光荣，在此，请允许我代表学校向你们致以最诚挚的慰问和最衷心的感谢！

“艰难困苦，玉汝于成。”这次与疫情的较量，是对同学们的梦想信念和学习态度的考验，也是培养他们的家国情怀，日后用高超的本领和坚定的担当回馈社会的一次契机。希望大家积极引导学生克服多变环境下带来的困难，尽快调整学习状态，帮助同学们准备好学习证据集以应对可能发生改变的大考模式，让每一位学生都能以最无愧于心的成绩通过无论是即将到来的全球统考，还是我们正常的学习任务。

除了日常教学和全球统考，疫情防控也是一场仍在进行的“大考”，希望老师们照顾好自己，坚持适当运动，做好个人防护，保持身心健康，为上海的全民抗疫交上一份满意的答卷。在党和政府的坚强领导下，在社会各界人士的支持配合中，我们众志成城，风雨同舟，相信云开疫散，重返校园之日就在前方，让我们同心坚守，静待春晖！

Dear colleagues,

In this extraordinary spring, the epidemic prevention and control in Shanghai is undergoing a severe test. In recent days, all the teaching staff of our school have actively cooperated with the epidemic prevention arrangements of the government. Meanwhile, online teaching has been running smoothly for nearly three weeks and all of you have contributed so much to this brilliant work, which also reflects a high sense of responsibility of our teachers. On behalf of the school, please allow me to give my most sincere thanks to you!

During this battle with the epidemic, I hope you can actively guide students to overcome the difficulties brought about by the changeable environment, adjust their learning state，help students prepare the Portfolio of Evidence for the possible change of the CAIE exams, so that every student can pass the upcoming exams with the most worthy score.

Finally, I hope you take good care of yourselves, keep exercising, do a good job in personal protection, maintain physical and mental health. Under the strong leadership of our government and with the support of people from all walks of life, we believe that the day of returning to campus is right in front of us!
